  • Consultation (in person or on the phone) includes a thorough review of your medical history, exercise programs, diet history, goals, and personal challenges
  • Written customized nutrition program based on your individual goals and needs, to be delivered within one week of consultation
  • Unique meal plan

Jump Start

  • Consultation (in person or on the phone) includes a thorough review of your medical history, exercise programs, diet history, goals, and personal challenges
  • Customized nutrition program based on your individual goals and needs, to be delivered within one week of consultation
  • Two 45-minute follow-up sessions for goal reinforcement, plan modification, and continuing education
  • Unique meal plan
  • One 3-day Thrive Cleanse

Total Commitment

  • Consultation (in person or on the phone) includes a thorough review of your medical history, exercise programs, diet history, goals, and personal challenges
  • Two 50-minute sessions per month for six months
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary, lifestyle, and home environment changes you want
  • Informative handouts that will increase your nutrition and wellness knowledge
  • One 5-day Thrive Cleanse
